Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed by a few days.
Not all products are in stock at our New York warehouse and can have lead times of up to 4 weeks or more depending on the product. You will be notified via email or telephone if this is the case or if there is a significant delay in shipment.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been received and once your order ships out. The shipment email will include tracking information but may not be active for up to 24 hours after shipment.
Customs, Duties and taxes
Just In Time Identification products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Just In Time Identification Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
